At 8.45am on Sunday, 13th September there will be a one-off Forest Church service in Alice Holt forest.
This is an opportunity to worship God, as the creator of the world, in a different environment.
Assemble at the church at 8.30am.
Everybody is welcome.
This will be in addition to the 9.45am prayer meeting and 10.30am service.
Thomas Russell and Matt Hook are looking for other men of St James' with a shared interest in joining a men's discipleship group.
The First get-together will be held on the evening of 17th September. This will then reoccur every third Thursday of the month.
The first meeting will be held at Thomas' and Gemma's house.
This will be in addition to the existing Men's Group which meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month
On Sunday 20th September at 10.45am there will be a special all-age service dedicated to all children starting a new term and a new year.
For some it will also be at a new school. We have invited the parents of year R children at Rowledge Primary school to be with us on that morning.
Please do join us on that Sunday as we worship God together.
Prayer Meetings
These will be held on the second Sunday of every month at 9:45am, in the parish rooms before the Sunday service at 10:30am.
